Additionally, pond development initiatives help in replenishing groundwater levels and providing essential water resources for both human and ecological needs. To support these efforts, necessary infrastructural developments are undertaken, strengthening the overall impact of conservation measures and ensuring the sustainable management of natural resources for future generation.

To ensure the enrollment of children in school with a 90% retention rate, it is crucial to strengthen the involvement of parents and activate School Management Committees (SMCs) and Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs) to ensure the smooth functioning of schools. Additionally, forming and maintaining an active Teachers Resource Group will enhance the quality of education. Strengthening Anganwadi centers will also play a vital role in early childhood education, laying the foundation for long-term academic success.
