Senior Programme Manager- MIS and Reporting

Rishi has been a hardcore Development Professional with his experience of 25 years in the domain of Education, Skill Development & IT. His working sectors and profile has been enriched with the fields like Data Analysis, Research & management, and Operations Management. He started his initial career as an IT Professional, enhancing his skills later in the area of Inclusive Education & Development and currently associated with M3M Foundation as Programme Manager – MIS & Reporting where he takes care of the MIS implementation and management. His mantra of a balanced work-life is his un-matched interest in meditation, yoga and fitness related activities. He creates his own space for making his health and mind up to the mark and keeps moving ahead with every coming challenge, whether it is life, or work.

Program Manager-Sankalp

Ashish is the Programme Manager Environment at M3M Foundation. He leads and supports the strategic and tactical implementation of Foundation's various initiative under Sankalp and VanJeevan programs across the country. Since joining Foundation in 2024, Ashish designs quality-oriented and scalable programs and he has played a crucial role in building the implementation technicalities of the Sankalp and VanJeevan Programs. Ashish has diverse experience of more than 19 years in private and development sectors. He has experience in program design and implementation, operations management, monitoring and evaluation, budget management, donor relations in non-profit sector.

Program Manager-Saakshar

L S Murali is a seasoned professional with 3 decades of experience in the development and private sectors, specializing in data analytics, program data management, and reporting. With expertise in program supervision, quality enhancement, and team support, he is skilled in database management, program evaluation, statistical analysis, and designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks. His core competencies include data-driven decision-making, data security, networking with stakeholders, and delivering impactful training programs. Murali has worked under the prominent project such as the Ministry of Rural Development, Microsoft, HCL, American India Foundation, and more, contributing to program improvement and fundraising efforts.

He holds 28 years of experience working in development sector. He has worked with public sector, government agencies and development firms. He possesses an expertise of working with communities on ground through planning, developing and implementing innovative strategies of change.

Deputy Project Manager - Sarvoday

Vandana Sharma is a seasoned professional with over 36 years of dedicated experience in social work, project management, and implementation. Holding a Master's degree in Social Work and pursuing a Ph.D., she is deeply committed to advancing knowledge and practice in her field. Vandana has collaborated with prestigious organizations like the MP Council of Science and Technology and Aid et Action, contributing her expertise to various community development and empowerment initiatives. Her skills span organic farming, mushroom cultivation, and training, blending theory with hands-on application to empower individuals and communities. With a proven track record of managing diverse projects, Vandana brings organizational prowess and a passion for sustainable practices to every endeavor. Expertise in Agriculture, Health (Reproductive, Maternal, Neo-Natal, Child, Adolescent), SHG Livelihood, Women Empowerment, Routine Child Immunization, COVID-19, and AIDS. Skilled in project management through collaborations with esteemed organizations. Passionate about addressing rural poverty and women's issues, with a focus on the Mewat region spanning Districts Guru Gram, Nuh, Alwar, Faridabad, Zirakpur Punjab, and Aligarh (UP).

Arpita, a Social Work Post Graduate with over 12 years of specialized experience in Education and Gender dynamics, brings a wealth of knowledge to Sarvoday Team M3M. Starting her journey at Nalanda Resource Centre in Jharkhand, she spearheaded initiatives focused on Multilingual Approaches in early education, fostering inclusivity from the outset. Transitioning to the Azim Premji Foundation in Uttarakhand, Arpita served as a Fellow, collaborating extensively with government entities to enhance Teachers' Professional Development at both Block and District levels. Her commitment to gender equality in education led her to Room to Read India Trust in Rajasthan, where she played a pivotal role in empowering girls through targeted education programs. Subsequently, Arpita contributed her expertise to the Language and Learning Foundation, working alongside the District Education Department in Nuh to further educational initiatives.

2 year of experience in Public Policy and Management, served in the District Administration of Sonipat, Haryana, under the esteemed Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. My expertise lies in skill gap analysis, developing district skill development plans and executing skill development programs with precision. A graduate in B.Com (Hons) from the University of Delhi and equipped with a Public Policy and Management degree from IIM Bangalore, I currently contribute my skills as a part of the Sarvoday team at M3M Foundation.

With a keen interest in gender and social media, she also uses innovative communication strategies to challenge stereotypes and amplify community voices.
